Intro:

2. How Qi Gong can support
3. We start on the hike to the Hollywood Sign

 

Walking....
1. We take a moments to stop on the way to the Hollywood Sign 
2. At each stop we learn a Qi Gong Movement ( 2 stops on the way up)
3. I talk about how that movements benefits 

 

Midway: 45 min. to 1 hour to reach
1. We have reach the location to view the HW Sign.  (3rd Stop)
2. Everyone has time to take pictures
3. We the gather for a new qi gong movement

 

End: Walking back down 
1. We take a several moment to stop on the way back from HW Sign
2. At each stop we learn a Qi Gong Movement ( 2 stops on the way back)
3. At the end everyone is ask to stand or sit for meditation. (10-15minutes)
