Track Workout

Pullups, Pushups, and Intervals .... Oh my! Come and get it. Running is the form of active recovery at this workout.

This is a very challenging class, but all levels of fitness are welcome. You can expect to burn about 800 calories.


(Drop in rate is $10)


Bring some water, a towel, and your running shoes. Sabertooth Fitness will provide any gear needed for the session.


Meet at the bleachers on the North side of the track.


There is free parking on the side streets.
