My workout classes and private sessions mostly use range of motion and functional exercises in multiple planes of motion. I use different pieces of equipment based on the space and have formatted the classes according to this to create variety. Tools I use are light free weights 3-5 lbs, resistance bands, TRX suspension straps, ballet barres and a unique ball called the “pelvicore ball"
