I focus on Appropriate Intensity Interval Training based on a client’s capabilities, goals, and injuries or setbacks.
In addition, I offer yoga, power yoga, and indoor paddle board yoga using a yoga balance board to interested clients. Yoga can be the entity of the session, or could be worked into a 50/50 session; half yoga, half strength training.
