I am thrilled to share my passion for OULA Fitness. My personal lifestyle of being active and participating in group-ex for over 20 years became even more of an exciting passion as part of the 1st group of instructors to bring this fun, energizing workout to Los Angeles over 4 years ago.
The OULA fitness experience is truly an incredible modern mind body connection format combined with an inspiring and nurturing community. I love that OULA goes above and beyond physical exercise. Participants are encouraged to exercise their voices, connect with the music and other community members at their comfort levels. OULA encourages uniqueness and celebrates differences. Participants are encouraged to dance free of judgment, be silly, be serious, be sassy, be weird, be strong, and essentially take up space in whatever way is safely suited during an epic 55 minute cardio session!
I teach a 55 minute mind-body-spirit cardio dance class that also includes conditioning. It combines a variety of moments inspired from all types of dance and traditional exercise. Participants are encouraged to cut loose and enjoy the freedom and release of moving, dancing, singing (optional) and laughing (inevitable) to Top-40's hits! It’s an inspiring format that celebrates uniqueness, individuality and empowers you to feel better from the inside out.
