Someone who is motivated and responsible.  My perfect client would show up on time, and be willing to learn and do things differently than what they've done in the past.  I wouldn't want someone who is constantly second guessing me, or telling me how their previous trainer did things.  Someone who is fun to talk to and we enjoy each others company.  Someone who can handle constructive critisism and allows themselves to be pushed by others.
