I have created a specialized small group and private training program specifically for the pre and postnatal population. My classes help women learn how to activate their pelvic floor and core muscles, improve their posture and overall fitness during and after pregnancy and the classes are baby friendly. This program was created for moms by a mom and fitness professional.
My workout classes and private sessions mostly use range of motion and functional exercises in multiple planes of motion. I use different pieces of equipment based on the space and have formatted the classes according to this to create variety. Tools I use are light free weights 3-5 lbs, resistance bands, TRX suspension straps, ballet barres and a unique ball called the “pelvicore ball"

Danielle Spangler, a pre and postnatal fitness specialist, has been in the fitness industry privately training clients, teaching group exercise classes and mentoring other fitness professionals through continuing education for over twenty years. Danielle has her B.S in Kinesiology and received credits towards her Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in pre & postnatal fitness from the University of North Texas. Danielle was a master trainer in this area of fitness at numerous renowned fitness centers, hospitals & corporate wellness centers including the Sports Club/LA. Danielle holds several national trainer certifications since 1992. Among them are the National Academy of Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine, AFAA and Cooper Aerobics Institute of Dallas.
